Before each season all WTFHL teams will name captains, they can name 1 Captain & 2 Alternates. During the season teams may name replacement captains if a former captain has been moved, however, the replacement captain will not receive any rating increase.

Rating increases:
Captain - +5 EX +5 LD
Alternate - +3 EX +3 LD

If a player has already maxed out in the EX & LD categories (99 rating) the general manager will then transfer the points to another teammate's EX & LD categories. That teammate cannot be one of the alternate captains and must be on the pro team on opening day of the regular season.

Teams may name their captains at any point up to the beginning of the regular season.
