Toronto - Daniel Mitsios - In Dans short time in the league he sure has done an incredible job in making the Toronto Maple leaf's great again while grooming a Norris Nominee all star defenseman Cam Fowler at only 20 years old. He also made a massive game changer for this season and years to come in bringing in Hulking Franchise Defenseman Jay Boumeester(on a sweet contract) . Expect to see Dans team at the top of the helm for years to come!
San Jose - Tyler Heterington - What an incredible run San Jose had this year, from absolute dead last entering this season with everyone already counting out the Sharks. To making a playoff birth and looking strong. Added bonus Tyler has also managed to build a very strong prospect pool. Its safe to say Tyler has built a great well balanced team that will definitely take a bite out of ya for years to come
St Louis - Justin Venditello - What is there to say that we don't already know? Justin has built a complete juggernaut of a team! It got much better by adding the leagues top forward Ilya Kovalchuk in the offseason shooting him straight up the standings to take 1st overall... Having superstar goalie in Carey Price and Franchise center Eric staal, nothing is going to stop this guy. All of this while being the master at avoiding the " well liked " agent Brisson in RFA time by possibly being one of the best traders in the league
